Q: How do I care for Silver Jewellery?
A: We recommend that customers remove jewellery before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewellery. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.

Q: How to clean Silver Jewellery?
A: Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water. This particular cleaning method should not be used to clean jewelry with cultured freshwater pearls.

Q: Which countries Gauri Arts is delivering?
A: Gauri Arts is delivering goods only to Norway and Sweden at the moment. Any orders for delivery outside Norway and Sweden will not be processed currently. 

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: Please contact Gauri Arts team at contactus@gauriarts.com for changing the delivery address. The delivery address can be changed within the same country for which the product was orginially ordered. Please mention the Order Number, original delivery address, new delivery address and the reason for changing the delivery address while reaching to us.

Q: Can I set a delivery time/date?

A: Estimated delivery date will be shared once the order is shipped from Gauri Arts warehouse. Unfortunately we don't offer the service for chosing delivery time/date at the moment but we are working on the option and it will be soon available. Q: Why Gauri Arts delivering only Norway and Sweden?
A: Gauri Arts is working on expansion and soon the products will be available to buy across Scandinavia. We will start delivering to Denmark, Finland and Iceland soon. Please subscrie to Gauri Arts newsletter for more updates.

Q: I received an item different from my purchase. Can I exchange it?
A: If you have received a wrong product, please reach out to us through contactus@gauriarts.com. Please mention the order number and we will reach uot to you for resolving the delivery issue. We will get back within 24 hours of your complaint.

Q: When can I get my refund on a returned item?
A: The refunds of the returned products will be processed within 21 days of receiving the products at Gauri Arts. 

Q: When can I return an item after purchase?
A: As the laws, you as a customer is entitled to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the products. Please note that due to higenic resons, earring cannot be returned if the seal is broken. Products damaged during the use cannot be returned. 

Q: What payment gateway is being used?
A: Gauri Arts has tied up with Klarna checkout for processing of all the payments. Customer can opt for any of the paymnet options avalable at Klarna.

Q: How the invoice will be send?
A: Gauri Arts will not send any paper invoice with the product. An email for order confirmation will be send as soon as an order is confirmed after making the payment. An invoice will be send in an email by Klarna, request for paper invoice can be made to Klarna by logging into your account.

Que: How VAT will be charged on invoices?
Ans: 25% VAT will be charged for all the orders where the billing address is within Norway. No VAT will be charged for orders outside Norway and where the billing address is Svalbard, Norway.
